The 20th annual Gap Meet 2024 is July 26-28, 2024 !!!

Traditionally we would be reserving with the IHML in Stecoah, NC. Unfortunately over the last few years there has been a large number of issues with them since being sold.
There is discussions on trying to work on possibly obtaining 3 large cabin rentals, all on the same property for the whole week (22nd-28th.)
Please post up if you are planning on attending,  how many in your group please, and how many beds you need for your group.  Thanks!

I plan to bring my camper, but things can change in a year's time. I look forward to bringing the whole family again one day. It's hard to plan, though, with the boys working at random locations and random schedules.
I'll have better info as we get closer.

Update 01/24/2024

A majority of the group have rented out the 4 houses at https://thetreetops.com/ (thanks Karl!)
All rooms are filled. This is located 10 minutes west of Robbinsville, NC, or about 20 minutes from the base of the dragon.
If you are still planning to attend, there are several options in the area still available. From private rentals to motorcycle specific lodging. These dates fill up quick, so plan accordingly.

If there is a level place for my Truck camper and MC trailer with a 15A 110 outlet to plug into, I'm in! I would pay whatever I was going to pay elsewhere, such as Fontana Villiage Campground.
I suppose I should check with Karl?

Yes, from looking at the photos, there should be no issues getting you close to a garage with power available. Saw several areas in fact. Having never been there, would know more once we arrive. I think all you will need is an extension cord. Plenty of places to disconnect the trailer and park it too.
